Healing starts with whole person care
Two years into the COVID-19 pandemic, Workit Health has been at the forefront of mass adoption of telemedicine care. Some of the results of this brain-first, harm reduction-based approach are fewer hospitalizations and treatment earlier in the disease cycle.
Workit’s clinical teams utilize self-reported data to identify and treat commonly occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD earlier.
Gold-standard medication for substance use disorder increases quality of life while reducing risk of relapse and overdose.
Our 100% virtual hepatitis C clinic cured more than 500 cases of hepatitis C with easy-to-take oral medication.
As a digital front door for medical care, Workit is able to offer preventative care, treatment, and screening for our members.
Our discreet and caring clinical teams provide supportive care that reduces rates of natal abstinence syndrome and reduces risk of relapse after childbirth.
Our clinicians are experts in reducing the physical and mental symptoms of withdrawal that can keep people from getting help or drive them back to substance use.
Over half of Workit members have a co-occurring psychiatric disorder. Our clinicians work hand-in-hand with our therapists to provide whole person treatment.

This year, we joined the Humana network nationally, and partnered with Anthem in Ohio to ensure that Ohioans can receive evidence-based care at the moment they’re ready.
Committed to accepting Medicaid in all 50 states
40% of Workit members are covered by Medicaid, and our continued partnerships with organizations such as drug courts, hospitals, and county governments ensures access to the underinsured and uninsured.
Over 110 million lives covered and counting
Over 236 health plans partner with Workit Health to provide substance use and mental health care to their members, driving greater access, choice, and price transparency to our health plan partners through full lifecycle detection and treatment.
Backed by NIDA and NIH
In August, the National Institute on Drug Abuse awarded Workit Health a grant to build a fully-integrated chatbot for substance use disorder. Workit was also awarded grant funding from the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the National Institutes of Health to focus on interoperability improvements, making it easier for our members to receive care and for our clinicians to provide it.

In 2021, we saw a continuingly accelerated adoption of telemedicine due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. To keep pace with this unprecedented demand, this year we expanded into seven new states, more than tripling our eligible member population.
