Consent to Receive Texts and Emails from Workit Health, Inc. and its Business Partners

By providing your cell phone number and email address to Workit Health, Inc. (“Workit Health”) nand executing this Consent to Receive Texts and Emails from Workit Health, Inc. and its Business Partners (“Consent to Receive Texts and Emails”), you are agreeing to be contacted by or on behalf of Workit Health and our business partners identified below at the email address and the telephone number provided, including emails to your email address, telephone calls, voicemail transmissions, and text (SMS) messages to your cell phone and other wireless devices, and the use of an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial voice, the playing of a prerecorded message when a connection is complete to the number called, and the transmission of prerecorded messages or voicemails, to provide you with transitional, conversational, marketing and promotional materials relating to Workit Health’s products and services, and products and services of the identified business partners.
By accepting to this Consent to Receive Texts and Emails you agree to the following:
- You understand that messages will be sent in an unencrypted format, meaning there is a risk the information could be intercepted by third parties in transmission or read by anyone accessing your text messages, voicemails, or emails.
- You acknowledge and expressly consent to the Workit Health Parties sending you communications through SMS messages, pre-recorded voice calls, artificial voice, push notifications or otherwise (potentially through an automated voice dialing system), that we determine, at our sole discretion, are related to your use of, or participation in, the Service.
- When you opt in via a webform to receive emails or SMS messages, Workit Health will send information about our programs and recovery resources.
- Message frequency varies.
- You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, Workit Health will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Workit Health. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and Workit Health will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (855) 659-7734.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Workit Health and to Workit Health by you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers (wireless providers) are not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.
