Why your connection matters
When someone leaves a prison, shelter, or rehab, the “gap” between their discharge from the facility and their first appointment with a new provider is the most vulnerable time.
We want every facility in Ohio and New Jersey to have Workit resources ready to share on discharge day.
A recommendation from a member who knows the heart of that facility is much more powerful than a cold call from us.
How it works
Identify
Tell us about a facility (rehab, halfway house, DOC, etc.) where you’ve spent time or have a connection.
Connect
Give us the name of a "Person of Impact"—a counselor, case manager, or officer who truly cares about outcomes.
Empower
Our team reaches out professionally to set up a partnership. We provide the materials; they provide the lifeline.
Refer a facility
A Note on Your Privacy: Your journey is your own. We will never use your name or disclose your status as a Workit member to a facility unless you explicitly give us permission in the form below. We approach every lead with the highest level of professional discretion.
