What to expect
This 4-week group focuses on boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-protection. We’ll help you understand what is and isn’t your responsibility, find language for hard conversations, and learn how to offer support without rescuing or enabling.
Each week builds practical tools around boundaries, communication, and detachment with love—all grounded in lived experience and behavioral health principles.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling less alone, more grounded, and better equipped to protect your own recovery while staying connected with compassion.
- By the end of 4 weeks, you will:
- Feel less alone and less responsible for others’ choices
- Have language for hard conversations
- Know where your role ends and where it doesn’t
- Have concrete tools to protect your own recovery
- Understand how to offer help without self-sacrifice

- Focused on boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-protection
- Grounded in lived experience + behavioral health tools
