Exploring the difference between guilt (I did something bad) and shame (I am bad), and how each impacts recovery.
March 10: Roots of Shame in Addiction
Identifying where shame originates (family, society, trauma) and how it fuels substance use.
March 17: Releasing Shame Through Self-Compassion
Practical tools for reframing self-perception, self-forgiveness, and breaking the shame cycle.
March 24: Building Shame Resilience
Strategies for maintaining self-worth, setting boundaries, and embracing authenticity in recovery.
