Do I have to use Zoom to access my Shared Medical Appointment?
Yes, all of our Shared Medical Appointments are hosted on Zoom. To access these groups through your phone, you will need to download and install the Zoom app.
If you join via your computer, installing the Zoom app is suggested but not required.
Do I need to download Zoom on my phone?
Yes.
To download the Zoom app on your phone, visit your phone’s app store (Google Play or Apple Store) then download and install the Zoom app onto your phone.

Do I need to download Zoom on my computer?
We recommend that you do.
On your desktop, it is possible to join your group without installing the Zoom app to your computer, but for the best connection we do recommend that you download and install Zoom.

If I have never used Zoom before should I take any additional steps?
Yes, we recommend performing a Zoom test to ensure your audio and video systems are set up for a smooth visit.
