+ Is your program totally online?
We require a single in-person appointment at our clinic in the Bay Area, California. After that, our program is entirely online, including video visits with your clinician, messaging with a recovery coach, online recovery meetings, and online addiction courses.
+ How would I get prescriptions for Suboxone if I don’t go into an office for follow up visits?
We e-prescribe to a pharmacy near you, for members in our program.
+ What insurance do you take?
We are currently in-network with Cigna/HAP, United Healthcare, Tricare West plans. If you have private insurance and we’re out of your network, you should be able to pay up front and submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
We offer a flat fee for those who private pay for treatment. In certain California counties we do have funding available to pay for treatment and medication, including: Alameda County, Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County, and Sonoma County.
Although we’re not in-network with Medi-Cal or Medicare, we work with them to ensure your prescription is covered at the pharmacy.
