Sorry you are having trouble joining your group.

Try these things to see if they help.

Join your group using the name and email associated with your Workit account.

To protect group privacy, we will only admit individuals we can connect to their Workit account.

If the email or name you are using is not the one used for your Workit account, we will not be able to admit you to the group.

Join groups through the Workit phone app.

Our groups’ software is designed for our mobile phone app. It is not optimized for desktop, which means that on the web app on your computer, you can only join groups through your Action Items.

We are working to optimize the groups’ software for the desktop web app, but in the meantime, it is not the best option for connecting to groups.

We recommend using the mobile app on your phone to access groups until further notice.

Join your group at or near the start time.

Entry to your group opens 5 minutes before the group start time and closes 10 minutes after the group start time.

After 10 minutes past the start time, group entry will close to preserve the group discussion and prevent interruptions.

Do not use an old link to access groups. We change our links to protect your privacy.

We change our links weekly to protect group privacy and prevent a group link from falling into the hands of those who are not members. Even a link given to you by a member of your Care Team may not work next week.

Always join your group through Workit’s phone app to ensure you are using the most up-to-date link for your group.
