Workit Health Refund Policy

What if I change my mind about my membership?

Clinic

Before your first appointment

You may request to cancel your program at any time.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to issue a full refund of all charges. If you cancel after 48 hours but before your first doctor’s visit, you will receive a refund less a $150 service fee.

 

After your first appointment

We are happy to cancel any future charges on your subscription for you. Workit Health will not refund for a partial week or month. Upon request to cancel, access to services will terminate on the last day of your most recent paid subscription period (7 days from the date of last payment if weekly, 30 days from the date of last payment if monthly).

If you wish to hold another appointment in addition to your regularly scheduled appointments with your provider before your subscription ends, you may do so if the provider has availability for an additional appointment for an additional $100 fee*.

If we bill your insurance for the cost of the Workit Health program, you are responsible for any co-pays or deductibles for services through the month in which you terminate care.

If you’d like to cancel your membership, please message the admin team by logging into the Workit Health platform. We’re sorry to see you go but wish you the best in your health journey!

 

*If you are using your insurance for services, your cost will be equal to your co-pay for services.
