- Meet with a licensed clinician for your first appointment,and have group follow-up appointments.
- Complete self-directed courses to help you understand how alcohol affects your brain, and to develop healthier coping strategies.
- FDA-approved medication can relieve cravings and help you maintain better control over your drinking behaviors.
- Sign up to recieve daily affirmations to start each day with a recovery boost.
- Connect with other Workit Health members through our private and exclusive Facebook group led by our Community Manager, Max.
