Why this moment matters

The gap is real

The days right after leaving treatment are some of the most critical—and most vulnerable—of your recovery. Without consistent support, the space between discharge and your next appointment can be an opening for a setback.

Workit Health was built for exactly this moment. We can connect you with a provider in days—not weeks—so your progress doesn’t stall.

New Hope connected us because they believe you deserve a clear path forward. This page was made for you.

48 Hours

Average time from sign-up to first provider appointment. Because the gap between discharge and care matters.

This place has been a blessing. I love that everything is done over video. It helps in times like this, where our world is under feet of snow and ice in a state of emergency!! I don’t have to leave my home to see my Dr or groups. I definitely would recommend!!

I thought this was some kind of scam when I first heard about it, but I was so desperate I gave it a shot. That was two years ago. From day one at my assessment, a caring staff helped me take control of my recovery. They listened to me and helped me get started on the medication-assisted treatment. Once the withdrawal and cravings were under control, it was a whole new ball game. Group counseling and one-on-one appointments help me put the work in to stay sober. Caring staff are right there with me.

The Workit Health app is awesome. They’re fast and easy, especially for somebody like me that’s running their own company and raising four kids. It’s really cool that I don’t have to take time out of my day to go sit at a facility for hours on end.

Other side effects may include headaches, nausea, vomiting, constipation, insomnia, pain, increased sweating, sleepiness, dizziness, coordination problems, physical dependence or abuse, and liver problems. For more information about Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) see Suboxone.com, the full Prescribing Information, and Medication Guide, or talk to your healthcare provider.
