We focused on facilitating connection
Engagement and peer connection are correlated with increased retention in care and can also promote mental and emotional well-being. In 2024, we supported connection in two key ways.
Shared Medical Appointments
- Members attended 55,770 Shared Medical Appointments in 2024.
Private In-App Forum
- 54% of active AUD members are using Forum (including lurkers).
Published outcomes and presented research
Members of Workit Labs, the research arm of Workit Health, enhanced our reputation for credibility and clinical rigor with presentations at conferences and peer-reviewed articles in academic journals.

Workit Health hosted 11 highly respected visiting lecturers for Grand Rounds. We have been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit to PAs who participate. All staff are welcome to attend these educational sessions, on subjects including:
