What if I change my mind about my membership?

You may request to cancel your program at any time.

Before your first appointment

If you change your mind within 24 hours of signing up, we are happy to issue a full refund of all charges.

After your first appointment

We are happy to cancel any future charges on your subscription for you, starting at the next Subscription Period. If you cancel in the middle of a subscription period, note that Workit Health will not refund for a partial week or month.

If we bill your insurance for the cost of the Workit Health Service, you are responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles for any and all services rendered.

How do I cancel my membership?

Message your Admin Team through in-app messaging, or call 888-401-3209.

What happens after I cancel my membership

Once you request to end your Workit Health Service, you will lose access to the Workit Health Service (including all features in the app). This typically happens within 72 hours, based on the determination of their Provider.
