🍹 June 27: Mocktails, Movement, and Mindfulness

Summer fun doesn’t have to mean hangovers. This week, we’re diving into refreshing mocktail ideas, creative movement, and mindful ways to unwind. Let’s celebrate the power of healthy rituals that bring joy and balance—without alcohol.

July 4: Closed for Independence Day 🇺🇸

🎶 July 11: Social Life Without Substances

Socializing sober can be empowering … when you’ve got a game plan. This session is all about building confidence for summer events. We’ll explore strategies for navigating parties, managing cravings, and setting boundaries—so you can enjoy every moment without compromising your recovery.

🌻 July 18: Joy is the Goal

Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come! In our final session, we’ll reflect on our growth, share wins, and look ahead with hope, vision, and continued support in recovery.
