Workit Health affiliated providers offer clinical care for substance use in Charlotte and across the state. Here’s how it works:

1) Complete our onboarding in just a few minutes by downloading the Workit Health app. During this step, we’ll verify your insurance or give you pricing information.

2) Schedule an appointment with your care team. Your first appointment will be an orientation to show you how the program works.

3) Order drug tests. Our drug testing process is 100% virtual and simple, and drug tests are shipped to you at no extra cost. In certain states, you must take a drug test before you can receive buprenorphine medications like Suboxone.

4) Video chat with a nonjudgmental clinician. Workit affiliated providers are compassionate, kind, and dedicated to helping people make positive change.

5) After your first visit, if clinically appropriate, the clinician will e-prescribe medication to your local pharmacy.

6) Receive ongoing support through recovery groups, learn new coping tools with our interactive curriculum, and message your care team if questions come up.

6) It’s that easy!

You will meet with a Workit afilliated clinician directly through the Workit Health web or phone app. Log in to your account at your scheduled appointment time, and choose to join your provider’s meeting room. Our in-app video conferencing is HIPAA-compliant and totally secure.
